The Last Field

Steps

1. Speak with Elowen in the Arcanum.
2. Elowen in the Arcanum recommends bringing one of each tool: an Axe, a Pickaxe, a Shovel, a Watering Can, a Bug Net and a Fishing Pole. Speak with her when you are ready to go.

3. The Last Field of Vell is quiet. One stone here is not like the others.
4. The stone was keeping something buried.
5. A Pale Seed will not take in grass. It wants soft, dark earth, near water.
   Pale Seed
6. The seed lies in the earth, but the field has been dry a long while.
7. Something is stirring in the seedbed. Be patient.
8. A tree white as bone, that never belonged to Vell. It is hiding something in its heart.
9. Something pale fluttered up where the tree stood. Do not let it get away.
10. The fish of the pond turn up their noses at common bait. Perhaps they hunger for something paler.
