Steps

1. Talk to Cindy in Lunaris Reach.
2. Find what fits the eight black slots of the Copper Device. They smell of sulfur.
   Coal ×8
3. Light every button on the Copper Device orange. Pressing one flips it and the buttons beside it.
4. Touch the handprint that appeared on the Copper Device. It crackles with current, so be armed first.
5. Break every Capacitor inside the device while dodging the lightning. Finish each one quickly, as a bolt that lands on a capacitor recharges it.
6. Tell Cindy in Lunaris Reach what you found inside the Copper Device.
