Unknown Signal

Steps

1. Talk to Percival in the Arcanum about an unknown signal.
2. Attune the Attuner to the Ocean Frequency at the Enchanting Table in the Arcanum. It takes 50 Water Ess: draw it out of Clams, Fish, Seaweed and Shells at the Ess Crystal.
3. Take the attuned Attuner to a Beach world.
4. Hold the attuned Attuner as you walk the Beach to find where the signal comes from. The closer you are, the quicker it pulses.
5. Show the attuned Attuner to Percival in the Arcanum.
6. Get the Atlantis Codex from Alistair in the Arcanum library.
7. Bring the Codex to Percival in the Arcanum.

8. Bring Percival 8 Stone to carve into rune stones and a Clam for the heart of the portal.
