Oath of the Artisan

I stand before the light of the Arcanum to bind my spirit to the forge and the loom.
I renounce all I have gathered until this day, and begin anew with nothing but my own two hands.
What I hold I shall come by honestly: made by my hand, traded fairly, or given freely.
I shall not steal, nor take by force or threat, nor bend another's will to fill my own hands.
I take pride in my craft, and shall put my name to nothing I would be ashamed to offer.
I pledge my steel and my spells to the defense of all realms, and I swear my eternal allegiance to the Arcanum.
