Updates

• Elowen's crystal ball has found the last field of Vell, still drifting long after the rest of that world was lost to the Monolith. She is looking for someone to go and work it, though even her ball cannot see everything that waits there.
• Advisor Oswin has been seen at the Arcanum's bridges, stitching its drifting islands back together with threads of gold. Stand back when the ground starts to shake.
• Something is holding the magic fountain down. Some say the right tune on a flute will set it free, and soak everyone standing nearby.
• Spiders have been seen scurrying through the caves Underground, quick to slip into a crack. Only a Silken bug net is fine enough to catch one, and a Scaled fishing pole can now reach the jellyfish drifting in the acid pools.
• The miners left Lunaris Reach long ago, but their mine is still there: a ladder runs down its shaft into the dark, behind doors that stay locked.

• Elowen has found a way to portal to the Arcanum through everyday browsers.
• You can now add decorations to your walls, bookshelves, and tables. You just need to get inspiration first.
• Owls can be seen hooting in Lunaris Reach. Arcanum Initiate Esme was bombarded by feathers after playing their flute near a tree.
• A poll booth has been set up for voting in Lunaris Reach.

• A strange tomato has grown bigger than a cart in Lunaris Reach, giving off a druidic energy. Nobody is sure what happens to those who water it.
• The villagers of Lunaris Reach have put up a job board, with new work pinned to it each day. Some say they have seen something fall from the sky for whoever finishes every job in a day.
• Giant mole dens have been discovered in the caves Underground. Bring a shovel, and see what the mole has left behind.

The wizards at the Arcanum have spent all night analyzing their magic orbs to bring you some major updates.

• The Arcanum's scrolls can now be deciphered in Simplified Chinese.
• Expanded Arcane Arts: more enchantments have been discovered.

The Arcanum wizards have put together the wiki for Initiates. It has every item, world, quest, boss, crafting recipe, and object in Astral Isles!

The Arcanum has unearthed a new crystal that can convert items into their basic elemental parts: fire, water, earth, air, light, and dark. You can use this energy to enchant your weapons, armor, and tools or use it to travel to more dangerous worlds. See the Ess Crystal in the wiki for what each item turns into.
